Will I be charged international bank fees when ordering?
You may be charged an international transaction fee by your bank if you're shopping overseas - this charge comes directly from your bank and is out of our control. We cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged an additional fee when placing an order. However, we have found that customers who shop with us in their own local currency seem to be less likely to be charged bank fees.
We are working behind the scenes to look at ways to reduce the likelihood of our customers being charged international transaction fees. Fannyme is always looking to improve our existing payment methods in addition to finding new methods in the future. We hope this will help reduce any additional charges placed on customers.
